Our engineering and design team provides a foundation of excellence for every project. With over 100 years of combined experience in cooling tower structural and thermal design, we have a proven track record of success, having designed and constructed hundreds of new cooling towers. We offer both crossflow and counterflow proven designs from our extensive library of proprietary tower designs, providing reliable and efficient solutions for a wide range of applications. Furthermore, our expertise allows us to create fully custom designs that are precisely tailored to meet your project’s unique specifications, footprint and site restrictions, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration.
Thermal and structual upgrades
A major part of a smart, ongoing program to optimize your cooling tower’s performance is a program of thermal and structural evaluation.
This inspection, analysis, and report can help you establish your cooling tower’s present operating condition with a base line evaluation. From there, we can help you monitor your tower’s performance over time with future comparison evaluations. The report will identify opportunities and solutions to increase tower thermal performance, lowering costs and increasing capacity. The tower structural condition will also be documented with solutions for increasing safety and longevity of the tower identified.”

Manufacturing
Our core manufacturing competencies are rooted in the precise engineering and fabrication of the critical components that define a cooling tower’s performance and durability. We specialize in the manufacturing of a wide range of key parts, including custom cooling tower fan stacks, Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) water basins, and large-diameter FRP water pipes and fittings up to 14 feet. Our unique offerings also include our Pultruded Plank™ interlocking decking system, which provides a robust and reliable surface. Utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques such as automated CNC cutting and drilling, we produce high-quality pultruded FRP structural components as well as components from treated wood, ensuring every piece is crafted with exceptional accuracy and strength.
